What you need to know

• Please discuss any food allergies or special needs when booking your party.
• You may bring your own nut-free cake, however a $5 cake handling fee will be charged.
• Please remind all your guests to bring socks to wear on the play structure.
• No outside food or drink is permitted with the exception of bottled water and baby food.

No blowers, chewing gum, confetti or pop out streamers or slime please.

Booking Your Private Hire

• Bookings can be made in person or by phone.
• Please book as early as possible to ensure that you get your preferred date.
• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to confirm a booking. Cash, Mastercard, Amex and Visa are accepted. A receipt for your deposit will be provided.
• The deposit is non-refundable. Private Hires may be rescheduled to any available date and time within a 2 month period if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
• Bookings rescheduled within 7 days of event will forfeit their deposit.
• Final payment and numbers are due 72hrs prior to the private event.
• No refund will be given for no-shows after the confirmation of numbers has been given.
• Booked cakes, platters or extras cannot be changed or cancelled within 72 hours of the event.
